WhatsApp on Wheels: A journey throughout the year
Interakt’s flagship event, WhatsApp on Wheels, took a bold leap forward this year, expanding to seven cities globally: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Jakarta, Mumbai, Dubai, and Delhi!
We brought together leaders, tech enthusiasts, and founders of top brands from around the globe, introducing them to the wonders of WhatsApp and its powerful features. It was more than just an event; it was a journey that unfolded in diverse settings, sparking conversations and connections.
Platform Updates: All new & improved Interakt
1. Interakt launched its new annual pricing plan to help merchants save 20% on their subscription charges every year!
2. Interakt launched Click to WhatsApp Ads(CTWA) for enabling businesses to reach customers where they are most active. With CTWA, they can run ads on Facebook & Instagram and invite viewers for conversations & conversions.
3. In its bid to make pricing more transparent and reduce ambiguity around invoices, Interakt launched Prepaid Wallet to streamline conversational charges on the platform
4. Interakt launched Automated Workflows to help businesses effortlessly create conversational flows that guide customers through various processes like appointment booking, lead generation, new student registration, document collection, and more on WhatsApp.

Interakt X TallyPrime: Empowering 2.5 Million Merchants Globally
As part of Interakt’s mission to empower SMEs globally, it partnered with Tally Solutions to integrate the WhatsApp API Platform into Tally’s latest release, TallyPrime 4.0.
This integration will go a long way in simplifying the day-to-day operations of Tally merchants by bringing all their customer interactions on WhatsApp with just a keystroke (Ctrl + Alt + W).
