Starting from 30th July 2024, all passwords set on Interakt will automatically expire every 60 days. This new policy is part of our commitment to providing a secure environment for your business activities and customer interactions.

What Do You Need to Do?

To comply with the new password policy, you will need to:

  1. Change Your Password Regularly: Every 60 days, you will be automatically logged out of your account and when you try to login again, you’ll be prompted to check your email for a Reset Password link. Simply click on the Reset Password button.
  2. Choose Strong Passwords: When setting a new password, ensure it is strong and unique. A strong password typically includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  3. Avoid Reusing Old Passwords: For enhanced security, refrain from reusing passwords you have used previously on Interakt or any other platform.

How to Change Your Password Manually

Changing your password manually is a quick and straightforward process. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit Interakt’s login page https://app.interakt.ai/login
  2. Click on the “Click here to reset” button under Forgot password?
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. You’ll receive an email with a Reset Password button
  5. Click on the Reset Password button and then set your new password
