-Get a first response within just 15 minutes during business hours.

-Your queries are prioritized, so you don’t have to wait long for help.

 

Up to 3 Training/Support Sessions

-Schedule up to three 30-minute sessions per month.

-Sessions can be booked on the same day, depending on availability.

-Use these sessions for onboarding, training, troubleshooting, or strategic guidance.

 

Technical Issue Resolution

-Bugs or issues requiring developer involvement are resolved within 24 business hours.

-Stay informed with timely updates and resolution tracking.

 

Dedicated Support Availability

-Access to support via WhatsApp and call.

-Available Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM.

Personal Concierge Add-on Terms

-The add-on is billed on a monthly recurring basis.

-The ₹2,499 fee is non-refundable, irrespective of usage.

-Add-on benefits are applicable only during the active subscription period.
