Managing your sales and customer lifecycle just got easier with Interakt’s Pipelines feature.
Whether you’re tracking new leads, following up on potential orders, or keeping an eye on event registrations, Pipelines help you stay organized and know exactly where each contact stands.
What’s a Pipeline?
Think of a pipeline like a series of buckets. Each bucket represents a step in your customer journey—like “New Lead”, “Quotation Sent”, or “Order Confirmed”.
You move your customer from one bucket to another via a drag & drop as they make progress.
Example:
If you’re a wedding planner, your pipeline stages might look like this:
1. New Lead
2.Need Analysis
3.Proposal
4.Negotiations
5.Closed Won
Why Use Pipelines?
With Pipelines, you can:
-Track every lead from start to finish
-Quickly follow up with high-priority customers
-Keep your team aligned on what needs to be done
-Never let a deal slip through the cracks

What You’ll See on the Pipelines Page
Pipeline Tabs
Each pipeline you have access to will appear as a tab.
As a Super Admin, you have access to all the pipelines
Click any tab to view the stages and contacts in that pipeline.
Kanban View: Visual Layout of Stages
Each pipeline is shown in a Kanban board format, like sticky notes on a wall.
Each column represents a stage (e.g., “New Lead”, “Negotiation”), and the cards inside are the contacts at that stage.
You can:
-Drag & Drop a contact to the next stage (status gets updated too!)
–See up to 50+ contacts in a stage
–Load more contacts as you scroll
Add New Contacts
Each stage column has an Add Contact button at the top right.
Click it to quickly add someone new to that stage, just like you would from the Contact page
What’s on Each Contact Card?
Each card gives you a quick snapshot of your lead or customer:
-Name
-Phone number
-Email
-Tags (like: “Hot Lead”, “Returning Customer”)
-Quick actions:
-Message – opens the chat with the customer
-Tasks – shows up to 2 upcoming tasks, with a “View All” option
This helps you take action instantly, without hunting for info.
