Steps to integrate Interakt's WhatsApp Business with Sell.do CRM
Step 1: Log in to the Interakt portal (https://app.interakt.ai/login) and go to the company details -> Developer Setting
Step 2: Go to the Developer Setting locate the Secret Key field and then copy the API key details
Step 3: Log in to Sell.do account as Support Manager and navigate to the Marketing Automation -> Third Party Accounts and choose WhatsApp Accounts
Step 4: Click on WhatsApp Account and select New WhatsApp Account. Enter your desired account name, choose Interakt as the provider from the drop-down menu, paste the API key details copied from Step 2, and select your preferred CRM option.
